If there any concerns with your order then please contact our Customer Service department within 7 days of receiving your order for refund/exchange requests and must be approved by our Customer Service Department.
Refunds exclude shipping costs. The customer is responsible for shipping the items back to Awan Fashion Couture in their original condition at their expense. Restocking fee Could be applied to returns of products.
